Make-Up Class Policy

Make-up classes are offered as a limited accommodation to support occasional scheduling disruptions. They are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Dojang closures

In the event of a dojang closure (such as statutory holidays or scheduled breaks), students may request a make-up class by emailing info@arcantkd.com.

Missed classes due to extenuating circumstances

Students enrolled in memberships that include two (2) or more classes per week may request up to one (1) make-up class per month when a class is missed due to extenuating circumstances.

Booking window

Make-up classes must be booked within 30 days of the missed class. Make-up credits do not carry over month to month.

Availability

All make-up classes are scheduled subject to space availability and must fit within the existing class structure.

Additional flexibility

Families seeking greater scheduling flexibility may wish to explore alternate membership options.

This policy may be updated from time to time and will be applied consistently across our programs.
